• Do not negotiate prices.
• Credit my artwork.
• I won't take more commissions once all slots are filled.WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Post the piece online.
• Stream/record videos with the product.
• Use the Artwork for personal purposes (PFP, background, etc.).• Print or create a physical reproduction for personal use only.
• Request private progress updates.
• Access my Trello to see the commission's progress.PAYMENT
Transaction information remains private.
As a client, you have two options:
• 100% upfront payment before we start.
• 50% upfront before I start, and the remaining 50% after confirming the main sketch.WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
• Use my artwork for AI training or generating new AI images.
• Edit without my permission, except during the commission process.
• Use personal artwork for redistribution or external projects with a commercial purpose.
• Trace over my artwork or claim it as your own.
• Resell the model/assets without my permission.ARTIST
• I can decline any client.
• I'll only do agreed-upon work.
• I may post finished artwork in my gallery unless specified otherwise.
• I reserve the right to refund a full/partial amount if I choose not to continue the project.COMMERCIAL USAGE

• I sign my work, unless specific permission is given for no credits.
• I retain all copyright, including the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image for sales or self-promotion.

• Provide at least 1 reference.
• Extra fees may apply for extremely detailed characters.
• Changes after sketching may incur additional fees (depending on complexity, ranging from $5 to $25 USD).
• Be specific when requesting changes.
